A note from Carrie: There’s no avoiding that the fire has shaped us.  The fire was a massive pivot still unfolding, and something that still has the power to haunt.   There really aren’t words, and it’s complicated.  But it’s part of our history, and the gofundme told the raw story the best.  We closed donations down ages ago, but share the link here for historical reference.  My takeaway is – people are capable of incredible compassion and kindness and we will never forget those who helped us through it.
