Your experience begins with a short safety orientation at the goat pen, followed by a brief history of pollarding, coppicing and tree hay.  After that, come with us to the fields and work on the harvest.

Please wear sturdy outdoor clothes with long sleeves.  Bring work gloves and drinks.  We suggest bug spray.
