The conference hosted by Hyderabad-based NGO Aranya Agricultural Alternatives will take place at the Prof. Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University Auditorium here. It will be followed by the Convergence between November 27 and December 2 at Aranya and Polam farms in Sangareddy District.

Participants from India and across the world will gain insights from the event. It will be attended by members of the public, policy makers, permaculture practitioners, rural farmers and representatives of the Permaculture community.

“IPC India 2017 is a platform to share and learn sustainable living practices from each other… We are also organizing farm tours from 3rd-7th December to showcase live example of permaculture farms,” said Padma Koppula, co-founder of Aranya Agricultural Alternatives.

IPC was first hosted in Australia in 1984 and the 13th edition is IPC India 2017.
