Barakah Heritage Farm

You can vacation on a working homestead and horse farm! Spend the night or weekend or longer at our campsites or in our Glamping Loft.  You can enjoy picnics, evening campfires, sunrise birdsong and spectacular fireflies at night.  With our distance from major cities, the night skies are bright with stars.  Take advantage of our farm activities and classes, or just hang out at the barn during chores.  We do welcome dogs at our 2 most isolated campsites, and you can even bring your horse.  We have a large spring-fed fishing pond (gentle catch and release only please) stocked with smallmouth bass and bluegills.
We are self-certified with the National Wildlife Federation as wildlife habitat, and you will see an amazing diversity of songbirds, reptiles and mammals, even the elusive porcupine or more rare bobcat.
We are located in scenic Columbia County, Pennsylvania near Ricketts Glen, World’s End and Frances Slocum.  By car we are roughly 4 hours from New York City and the New Jersey suburbs, 3 hours from Philadelphia and Lancaster, and 2 hours from Hershey.  The Wilkes Barre airport is only 45 minutes away with terminals servicing major airlines.
For overnight stays, we offer campsite and glamping options through AirBnB and Hipcamp:
